FAQ (Frequent Airedale Questions)

1. What is in your treats?

Nothing but fresh human-quality meaty goodness, fresh veggies, and rice. Each treat has a full description of all ingredients.

2. Do you use preservatives?

We use minimal preservatives with all of our treats so you are guaranteed that they are fresh!

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

You may conveniently pay for your treats using your credit card via Paypal (www.paypal.com) or send us an email and a money order. No personal checks, please!

4. How quickly do you ship out my order once it's placed?

As soon as we receive your order, our team leaps into action - meat is sliced, the dehydrator is fired up, and our vacuum-packing machine begins to, well, vacuum-pack. We try to get all orders out within 24-48 hours after they are placed.

5. How do I store these treats for maximum yumminess?

Keep 'em in the fridge, especially after the bag is opened. As we don't use a lot of preservatives, they won't last long out in the heat. Not that we expect the bag will last long with a hungry dog around!

6. Do you ship overseas or only to the US?

A tricky question. We cannot guarantee that customs in your country will allow the package through. Please ask first and we'll see what we can do!

7. How can I get in touch with Bogart personally? I have a product endorsement, movie role, or large amount of cash to give to him.

8. OK, so my dog is now addicted to Chez Bogart treats. Do you have any "frequent flyer" programs?

Yes, this is something we have anticipated and rest assured we are working on such a program. We understand that you dog will LOVE them as much as Bogart does and a steady supply should be at hand.
